上週才吃完潮汕大滷的牛腩麵，這週又忍不住回來啦！這次竟然意外解鎖了幾道隱藏美食！ 🤤

🍖 隆江豬腳飯：豬腳滷得軟嫩入味，滿滿膠質香氣，平時還不一定吃得到！
🍜 滷大牛骨配辣潑油麵：香辣過癮，吃過真的念念不忘！
🍗 玫瑰豉油童子雞：淡淡玫瑰清香，連雞胸肉都鮮嫩多汁！
🥢 秘製滷牛肚：老闆推薦的隱藏美味，通常需要提前預訂！

當然，還有每次必點的招牌牛腩麵！
來潮汕大鹵，記得問老闆：「今天有什麼好吃的正在煮？」說不定就能遇上菜單上沒有的驚喜！

I was just here last week for their amazing beef brisket noodles, and guess what? I couldn’t resist coming back! 🤤

This time, I discovered some incredible off-menu specials!

🍖 Braised Pork Trotters with Rice – Incredibly tender, rich, and packed with flavor! A special dish that’s not available every day.

🍜 Braised Beef Bones with Chili Oil Noodles – Bold, savory, spicy, and absolutely unforgettable!

🍗 Rose Soy Sauce Chicken – Delicately fragrant, juicy, and tender, even the chicken breast!

🥢 Braised Beef Tripe – Another hidden gem recommended by the owner! Usually requires advance ordering.

And of course, I couldn’t leave without my all-time favorite beef brisket noodles!

Here’s a little insider tip: Next time you visit Chaoshan Braise, ask the owner, “What special dishes are you cooking today?”
